As Executive Director of Human Resources, Mrs. Toni Eubanks directs the recruitment, selection, and placement of qualified and classified personnel consistent with legal requirements and district goals. She also assists in the evaluation, transfer, and dismissal of personnel. Mrs. Eubanks monitors the district's substitute personnel service and the employee testing program and coordinates new teacher orientation and mentoring services.
