PARENTS OF STUDENTS ENTERING 7TH GRADE
Under a new Tennessee immunization requirement,
children entering 7th grade in 2010 will
be required to have a Tdap and Varicella
booster.
The Health Department will be offering these
vaccines
FREE OF CHARGE to students currently in the 6th
grade on April 5-9, 2010, 2:00 -4:30 p.m.
Please call your local Health Department for an
appointment.
