Great Warrior academic race

Each year, Haywood Junior High School tallies the number of students on first and second honor roll per grade. At the end of the six weeks, the grade level with the highest total number of students on the honor roll will enjoy a fun day in the gym. This is an incentive for students to increase academic performance. Student performance is indicated via a graph with two Warriors on horseback. Pictured with Principal Dontye Bradford are Jalen Smith, Molly McAdams, Walker Thornton, and Katora Holmes.
