Attention Brownsville and Haywood County Business Owners:

Haywood County Schools is planning its second annual Business Fair to coincide with the annual State of the Schools Celebration. This day of in-service and celebration will be held on Wednesday, August 4 beginning at 8:30 a.m. on the Haywood High School campus. The entire staff of the school system will be present, and the celebration is open to the public. Last year’s State of the Schools Celebration and Business Fair was a huge success, and we appreciate the contributions of our Brownsville and Haywood County business partners.

Again this year, we want to invite you to participate in our business fair. We believe that this will be an excellent opportunity for you to advertise your business or services. Businesses and other organizations are asked to set up booths in the hallways at Haywood High School highlighting their products and services to the community. Space is limited, so call and make your reservation today. The deadline to reserve a space will be July 30. Please contact Art Garrett at the Haywood County Board of Education at 772-9613 extension 224 or email at garretta2@k12tn.net.

  1. Booths will be assigned in the order that the reservations are received.

  2. Set up times are available on Tuesday, August 3 at HHS from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or on Wednesday morning at 6:30 a.m. Booths must be ready by 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

  3. Space for setting up is limited. Please call Art Garrett if you have questions or concerns about setting up your booth.

  4. Businesses and organizations are responsible for everything they will need (tables, chairs, etc.)

  5. No electricity will be provided.

  6. No sales are allowed.

  7. Door prizes are encouraged.

  8. Superintendent Marlon King and his staff reserve the right to accept only those businesses they deem as appropriate.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Art Garrett, School & Community Relations Ambassador at 772-9613 extension 224 or garretta2@k12tn.net.
