Haywood Schools participate in annual Fall Fest Scarecrow Contest

1ST PLACE - ADULT DIVISION

Members of the Haywood County Schools central office staff adopted the school’s motto to help them create a scarecrow scene on the Haywood County Courthouse lawn as part of the Hatchie Fall Fest Scarecrow Contest. “Every Child, Every Teacher, Every Community Deserves Excellence” says it all as the mission of Haywood County Schools.

“I want to especially thank our scarecrow creators/designers, Mrs. Kathy Black, Mrs.
Demetris Burrell, Mrs. Rosemary Moss, and Mrs. Linda Murphy. These ladies worked so hard to make this project come to life,” Superintendent of Schools Marlon King said.
