Alison Pyron represents TSNA at All Pro Dad event

Haywood County Schools Nutrition Director Alison Pyron was on hand on October 3 to participate in the All Pro Dad Father and Kids Experience on the Tennessee Titan’s practice field in Nashville. The gathering was hosted by NFL alumni Titan’s players (from left) Chris Sanders, Freddie Scott and Blaine Bishop.

The Tennessee Titans All Pro Dad Father and Kids Experience was held at the Titan’s practice field on Saturday, October 3. NFL alumni Titan players Chris Sanders, Freddie Scott and Blaine Bishop were hosts for the event, and as one of the state officers for the Tennessee School Nutrition Association (TSNA), a sponsor for the event, Haywood Schools Nutrition Director Alison Pyron also attended the event.

During the day, fathers and their children rotated through football-themed stations on the practice field. At each stop, dads learned tips while participating in activities on nutrition, health, and on being a good father.

All Pro Dad is a national, non-profit organization based in Tampa, Florida. It was launched with the help of retired Indianapolis Head Coach Tony Dungy. It features 49 NFL players, coaches and alumni who speak out on the importance of being a good father.
